Missing OCX Files

The Speed Test requires essential system files to be installed on your computer before it can run. The vast majority of computers already have these files present, and the Speed Test will attempt to install them itself if they are not. However, sometimes the files are corrupt and it is not possible for the Speed Test to replace the corrupt files.

To fix this problem, you can download the OCX Package that will replace the files. To download this package, follow the instructions below. The installer will replace the missing/corrupt files automatically. Once the installer has completed, you should be able to run the Speed Test.
